Xin Ye, CEO
Xin is a well known Internet and IT executive in China. He was previously SVP/CTO of Linktone (Nasdaq: LTON), the leading provider of wireless value-added services in China where he managed the technology and strategic business. He was founding CTO of Sohu.com, China’s top web portal. He also served as CTO for Censoft, Microsoft's first joint venture in China. Before returning to China, Xin has over 10 years experience in product development, sales and business development from many Silicon Valley companies including Tibco and Marimba.
He has earned BS from Tsinghua University in China, and a MS in Computer Science from Marquette University in Wisconsin, USA.
Kaiyang Liu, CTO
Kaiyang leads CASEE research and engineering development in ad placement, targeting, fraud detection, and user data mining products. He has world class experience with distributed computing, search, classifications, and data tools. Kaiyang was previously founder of Hansky, China’s top software configuration management vendor. Before returning to China he was a senior engineer at Marimba, Sun/Javasoft.
Kaiyang has MS from University of Pittsburg and BS from Tsinghua University in China.
Zhimin.Yan, Technical Director
Zhimin leads Casee research and development of technology and product, and lead the technical team design and development of the search engine and smart ad trading platform.He has extensive experience in system architecture design and management team.
After that He has worked in business communities of the WAP system framework design at Linktone responsible.He is one of technical experts in China earlist wireless internet industry.
Zhimin has BS and MS from University of Tsinghua.
Eric Xu, Board Member/Investor
Eric is co-founder of Baidu, China’s leading search portal which has dominate market share against Google. He has served at Baidu executive vice president from 1999-2004. Eric's main responsibilities involved private financing, sales and marketing, business and corporate development, corporate governance and general management.
Eric received BS and MS degrees in biology from Beijing University, Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University, and post-doc from UC-Berkeley.
Alexandros Moukas
Alexandros Moukas, aged 35, is co-founder of Velti. Previously he co-founded and was Chief Scientist of US strategic sourcing software provider FCI. Mr. Moukas holds a M.Sc. from MIT Media Lab in Software Agents, a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh and a B.Sc. in Business Administration rom the American College of Greece.
Paul Cheng
Paul Cheng is currently Vice President of Corporate Development at Velti and a founder of Blymee. Paul has been involved in technology and global entrepreneurship for over 25 years and has co-founded 4 companies and served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of IT Management and Entrepreneurship for Central European University Business School in Budapest. Hungary. Previously, he was a founder of Asylum Telecom and worked as a Strategy and Business Development Director for Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd. in London and Budapest after Gamma Telecom’s acquisition of Asylum Telecom in 2006.
Before that, Paul was Vice-President, Worldwide Marketing for Graphisoft R&D Rt in Budapest; a Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Klarium in Rome and Vienna; and Chief Strategist and Co-Founder of Adero Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Paul holds a A.B. in Economics from Yale University in New Heaven, Connecticut and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
